Price Guide
One complete week costs from £575 to £700 during High Season, and from £425 to £575 during Low Season. Accommodation is for a maximum of 6 persons and prices are all inclusive of fuel, electricity and linen. Bookings are Friday to Friday.

Short Breaks
Bookings are normally taken for the cottage on a Friday to Friday basis. However, out of the main season, subject to availability, it may be possible to make a Short Break weekend or mid-week booking.
Short Breaks (out of season) of 2, 3, 4 or 5 days are typically charged at 50%, 60%, 80% or 100% of the weekly rentals. Please contact us for availability of a Short Break if the Cottage is shown to be available at that time in the list above.
Terms and Conditions
Bookings may initially be made by phone from us or via email but will only be confirmed on receipt of a deposit currently fixed at 25% of the total rent, payable within 7 days of the booking.
On receipt of your deposit a confirmation of booking will be sent to you. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to commencement of your visit. On receipt of your balance we will send an acknowledgement with directions, final arrangements for collection of keys and a few cottage details.
In the case of cancellation, the deposit will be non-refundable. For cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday, the final payment is also non-returnable unless reletting is successful. In such case the costs of reletting will be deducted from the return of any payments. We would strongly advise you to obtain comprehensive insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation.
To allow for changeover of guests, the premises will normally be available from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10.00 am on the day of departure. We appreciate if guests keep as close as possible to these times and let us know approximate arrival time in advance.
